We are threat assessment and management specialists. We offer a full range of services tailored to suit the needs of our clients. Our clients include large and small business, institutions, lawyers, churches, students, and individuals.
We help with situations like harassment, stalking, workplace violence, threats, security concerns, policy and procedure, labour disputes, domestic violence, overzealous fans, pre-discipline and pre-dismissal assessments and recommendations and more.
Although we are primarily practitioners, we do offer training and guest speakers. We provide consultation on human resource issues related to safety, insider and outsider threat, specific problems, and policy.
We are experienced witnesses in court and can provide support throughout the criminal justice process.
Our goal is safety and harm prevention. We're all about people.
It only takes one incident to cause much harm, one person to create chaos for many, one problem to cost a ton of money. But it only takes one person to recognize a problem before it gets serious, one to prevent, one to care, one properly done assessment and intervention to save much for many.
